The Nassfeld Buddy - the free vacation assistant and vacation companion of our region.
The only thing you have to do is register once.
Hotel
We ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
For a stress-free departure, we recommend that you settle your bill the day before.
The "+CARD holiday" allows you to use many services in the region free of charge or at reduced prices. Details
Your personal "+CARD holiday" will be issued by our reception staff.
Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
A first aid kit is available at reception.

The main entrance door to the hotel is locked at 11pm and reopens at 7am.
When leaving the hotel in the evening, please take your room card with you.
When you return, you will find a door opener on the right-hand side of the hotel reception entrance.
This allows you to enter the hotel with your room card even if the door is closed.
If you want to charge your electric car, please contact the staff at reception.
The e-charging station is located directly at the hotel.
Park your vehicle in our free parking spaces in front of or next to the hotel.
Incoming mail, e.g. newspapers or other messages, can be collected at reception.
Please hand in franked letters and postcards to be sent at reception.
Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms. We ask you to observe this!
Our reception is open daily from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
From 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., our service staff will be happy to help you in the restaurant.
Please note that our reception is NOT manned at all times.
Please note that we accept no liability for valuables (such as jewelry, cash, camera, laptop, etc.) in the hotel room. A safe is available in the room to store your valuables.
This is located in the hotel lobby, right next to the sauna world entrance door.
Our sauna world is open daily from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is best reached with the hotel elevator.
SAUNAS & FOOTBATH:
Three saunas and the footbath pool are available.
REST AREA:
Ideal for relaxing before, after or instead of a sauna visit are
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the sauna.
Day ski passes and Nassfeld premium ski passes* (1.5 days and longer validity) can be purchased directly from us at reception.
*The premium ski passes (from 1.5 days) are available for you as hotel guests at reduced prices. They also offer numerous advantages and discounts:
The ski room for storing your ski equipment is located next to our reception. Our ski room is locked from 6 pm to 8 am for security reasons. In urgent cases, please contact our service staff in the restaurant.
Our hotel has WLAN, which is available to you as hotel guests free of charge in all areas of the hotel.
