Four of our hikes are ideal for exploring the Gartnerkofel and its neighboring peaks in all their diversity and beauty. One of them is up to the eponymous summit of the Gartnerkofel. Another leads to the "little sister" - the Kammleiten. You have a view of the entire Gartnerkofel massif from the crown (Italian: Monte Corona). The Gartnerkofel circuit is long, varied and impressive.

Those who want to hike longer and more athletically will be delighted by our six high-altitude hikes. They are all panoramic and varied and range from medium to difficult. And they all start and end at the Gartnerkofelbahn mountain station and range from short but panoramic to very long and challenging to all six peaks of the Gartnerkofel massif.

With the Gartnerkofelbahn mountain station as the starting point, the hike down to the valley station varies greatly in terms of length, views and alpine landscape. There are six variants to choose from, ranging from tranquil and direct to long and particularly varied, past Italian mountain pastures and Lake Nassfeld.

The Gartnerkofel offers attractive opportunities for mountain enthusiasts and those who want to become one with the expert guidance of a mountain guide. The practice climbing crag near the Watschiger Alm is ideal for beginners. Those who already have experience with via ferratas will be equally impressed and challenged by the Däumling via ferrata.
